1. User agreement
By placing an order on this site you enter into a binding agreement with JAYAATHAPAECOBRAND LLC on these terms. Please read them before ordering.

The following 15 products are available for sale on this site, at the prices shown. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

3. Orders and acceptance of terms
Submitting an order and checking the terms box at checkout constitutes your electronic signature and your acceptance of these terms. Your order is firm once payment is authorized.
4. Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum and no conditions.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Delivery is via USPS and typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the order processing date. Tracking is provided by email.
6. Credit card descriptor
Charges from this store appear on your billing statement as AURAVIA-SKINCARE. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will resolve it.
7. No continuity program
Every purchase on this site is a one-time purchase. You will not be enrolled in any subscription, trial, membership or continuity billing program by placing an order.
8. Refund policy
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. An RMA number is required. See the full refund policy.
9. Product disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics for external use only and are not formulated as medication or for skin conditions. They are intended to cleanse, moisturize, and improve the appearance and feel of skin. Patch-test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is medical advice; consult a qualified professional for personal care questions.
10. Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products are provided without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law, and our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Modifications to the terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and any dispute will be brought before the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
